She also called me Saturday, on her day off, to check on Riley and to let me know all record/x-rays had been sent to both locations. Theo did require surgery, which meant that the team was staying later than they had to so they could provide him with care. The day we were there was clearly very busy, and I can only imagine how stressful it had to of been but we were shown nothing but empathy and compassion when it came to Theo's care.They were upfront and communicative throughout the entire process, checking in with me about his care before, during, and after the procedure and ensuring that he was healing well when he was sent home.It will be a month in a week since his surgery, and he has recovered like nothing was ever wrong with him. His fur is growing back, and he is back to terrorizing the dogs in our house. I just wasn’t comfortable so I brought Herald to My Vet. The technicians listened to my concerns and Dr. McArdle was AMAZING. She gave my cat a thorough checkup and told me that thankfully we caught the issue before it became pneumonia. Two rounds of antibiotics and now my sweet Herald is back to terrorizing the household. I also just had another cat, Mama Kitty, in when I noticed limping. Again, the techs were great with her, Dr. Dan quickly ruled out any serious injuries and got us some meds to manage her pain while she recovered. Her even called to check on her a few days later. We have now taken several pets there and have seen every doctor and technician and they are all amazing.
