"Our guinea pig, Jeffery, had a consult to be put down. When we arrived one of their techs was at the desk waiting for us. She took us right in. We didn't have to sit and wait. Their vet heard and answered my questions and concerns. She gave us all of our options. I just couldn't go through with it. She understood. I could tell she cared.I spoke to one of techs a couple days later. Their office wanted to know how Jeffery is doing. He's doing much better THANK GOODNESS! But, how many vets do you know of that remembers your pet AND his name! Just WOW! Most DEFINITELY would recommend!! Such caring hearts!We've never been to a vet's office where we didn't feel pressured into making a decision right then and there.
