Who Can Use Telemedicine?

For safety and state regulations, your pet needs to have been seen by one of our doctors within the last 12 months. That way, we know your pet and can provide the same standard of care as an in-person visit.

⚠️ Important: Some situations just can’t be handled virtually. If your pet is struggling to breathe, has experienced trauma, collapses, or may be blocked (especially cats), please call us immediately or head to the nearest ER.

Confirm payment & consent — We’ll send you a quick text link to pay and a consent form to sign.
Join the video call — You’ll get a secure link to click at your appointment time. Easy.
Talk with your vet — We’ll review your pet’s history, ask questions, and visually examine your pet.
Next steps — If an in-person exam or testing is needed, we’ll help you schedule it right away.
